As a Design-build company this is one of the oldest forms of construction since developing

from the “Master Builder” approach. The Design Build system enables Hauptman Builders

to save our clients both time and money. During these first steps we start with a free consultation

to discuss your needs and desires. We begin by getting to know our clients and learn their

preferences and current and future lifestyle needs. We encourage them to brings drawings,

pictures, ask questions, present ideas, and become an integral part of the building team.

the design phase eliminating unexpected costs. We'll help you select materials and
